From what I understand, from my Herbal Life coach, is that to gain weight you have to consistently eat 500+ calories over your Basal Metabolic Rate. For example, you would have to eat 500+ calories per day for 1 week to gain 1 pound... so that would equal 3500 calories, so to gain 9 lbs you would have had to eat 31500…

Do you know what your resting metabolic rate is? If you know what that is and you take in 500 less cals/day you should be back on track to losing. Also, I was having the same issue as you, I was going to the gym 4 days a week and lifting weights and walking on the elliptical and found my self not losing. So I cut out the…
