SO glad you posted this. Im 5'6, my lowest was weight was 156 lbs which I was ok with....then..... I ballooned to 187 lbs. Now Im back at this, in my 30s trying to get down to 150 lbs. the 140lbs would be a dream come true!!! Anything less I would loose my latina curves LOL

Hello, Im semi-new to this as well. I used to use this site a ton before but fell off the wagon BIG TIME.
