my workout consists off spin classes everday 6 days a week and then followed by another hour in the gym and on sunday i do only the gym with high intensity cardio i dont do weight training at all tho i should incooperate it with my workout i use stair master and manily treadmill and especially not forgettin elliptical…

happens to me all the time i weigh in everyday but i add up all my weight for 7 days and then divide by 7 and this is the real weight u are in the week choose any day to do this i choose a friday and then u will know for sure whether u really are gaining weight or loosing it very best of luck to you :flowerforyou:

i eat all my favourite snacks for breakfast and lunch and that usually stops me snackin late in the evening :flowerforyou:

ur very welcome if u do it staright after u have used it it should read your HR effectivcly everday without any abnormalities its worked for me so im sure it will work for you too good luck :flowerforyou:

i do 90 minutes of high intenstity cardio 7 days a week and burn over 600 calories each day :flowerforyou:

what i do to cleans it is just use lukewarm water and wipe it clean and it works wonders for me the next day i do it daily to keep it clean at all times :flowerforyou:

for me i range from 120-169 bpm durin workout so i try to stay within that zone everyone ranges differently so it all depends :flowerforyou:

u probably lost water weight to start with and then the actual weight loss will begin try fittin ur clothes on or measure ur self up time to time to see weight loss achieved thats how i would go about it when u start a diet in my opinion you loose water weight first then actual weight or fat loss hope this helps…

u could start measuring urself and that way u will know if ur loosin fat or not thats what i do all the time and its pretty accurate in my opinion :flowerforyou:

it helps me a great deal and everythin out of my system and also helps me set mini goals for the next day and i find it makes it easier to remember next day hehehe :flowerforyou:

i definately do not have an eatin disorder of any sort im just lookin for ways to keep a healthy weight rather than loosin it. i do have a fast metabolism which i cant slow down so ye i better enjoy the weight i am cause when im older it could be a different story :wink:

thanks very much ill follow those tips so ill increase by 50-100 calories tongiht and see how that goes and then keep doin that till i reach a good calorie intake without goin overboard :flowerforyou:

your welcome i burn more than 300 calories or more for my weight but for u im sure u will burn loads off good luck and u should really invest in a HRM to calculate the accuracy of calories burned at a certain heart rate :flowerforyou:
