true but i dont wanna get too thin im a size 0 as it is and now i have to buy 9year old clothes to fit into now cause ive to wear a belt with size 0 thats why heheheh im only 94lbs dont want to loose more than my body has

i have more muscles in my thighs anythin but cause my waist is extremely small at 21 inches and my thighs are huge probably from the fact i do an awful lot of walking ooooh i thought fat gather s aorund the whole body never knew it was tied down to the waist hehehe :flowerforyou:

that information is wrong wrong wrong my fitness instructor told me you dont do that at all you calculate what calories you have burned and thats it without substracting anythin :explode:

god thank you so so much everyone really thank you it means the world to me knowing that im not doin anythin wrong reagradin my caloirie intake and excercise my muscles have been very sore so im goin to rest for the weekend and then weigh myself monday to see if im loosin again thanks again :flowerforyou:

i felt the same way as u do for weeks and it was all gettin too much for me to cope with so im goin do what alot of people do and use my jeans as a guide to weight loss and measurement to see if im gainin once a week and then that will keep me motivated just try to ditch the scales for a full 24 hours and see how u feel…

oh tell me about it i love cereal the best i eat bout 7 bowls of them a day especially as a snack at night time and im sorted :flowerforyou:
