what i do is allow one day for crap food and the rest of the week healthy foods u could try this and this should help u :flowerforyou:

i love spinning and anythin that has good cardio workout like incline on tredmill and elliptical machine which i use alot these days burns heaps loads of calories and of course the treadclimb :flowerforyou:

i do it everday and calculate 7 days of weigh in to find my acutal weight so that keeps me motivated ur weight will flucuate day to day with food and water weight so dont be discouraged by this just total the amount for the 7 days and divide by 7 and u will be surprised with the actual weight u are good luck :flowerforyou:

i ate cornflakes with milk which contain fibre. i ate popcorn to add to the binge a croissant bread and brown bread and koka noodles and that came to a total of 738 calories :smile:
