Week 2 Challenge Friday - 1.25 miles Saturday 2.5 miles, 30 jumping jacks. I did the jumping jacks today. . . . . thought I was gonna die. I had to break it up and do 2 sets of 15. Hope everyone has a good night.

Just checking in with everyone today. Hope everyone's week is off to a great start. I walked a mile today and feeling pretty good about. Tomorrow I plan on working out with a friend. Hopefully I can get another mile in.

I wanna play too! I use the Leslie Sanone videos all the time. We don't have a much snow right now as a lot of folks, but it is just so cold that I am not walking outside, so the videos help me. Can't wait to start logging my miles!

Many years ago I had the same experience. The cause of my hair loss was there was not enough fat in my diet. However that was my situation, the best advise I can give is for you to go see your doctor.

Hey Renee, I have been laid off for almost a year now. I joined MFP last week. I have always been overweight, and I have gained 50 more pounds since I was laid off and have been in a major funk. Twice a year I go to a scrapbooking inn that I LOVEr. At the end of my stay, I'm counting down the days to my next visit.
