I think I got everyone again! :) all you have to do is accept the invite and start looking around the group. It's not completely updating yet but I'm working on having it all ready by Sunday so we can start Monday!

It takes time- but I feel better and better every day and I'm sure you will too!

Just eat smaller portions- weigh them out to get an accurate calorie count. If it fits in my calories I eat it. :)

I limit the amount of snacks that I have, and I don't bring any cash so I can't use the vending machines :)

I try to plan ahead as much as I can, but I know that a change of plans happens all the time so I try to be as flexible as possible :)

I'm hypothyroid as well. And I lost my first 10 pounds with little to no extra activity. You don't have to work out crazy hard for 3 hours straight. I think finding a routine that works well for you is key! And of course calorie counting :)
