I have been following this for around 3 weeks now, I also have a goal of 1200 calories. I have not and do not intend to eat my exercise calories. I have read a lot of the arguments for and against starvation mode and I am afraid I just do not buy into it. I have absolutely no issue with other people buying into this theory…

My actifry because I can make chips (fries to those of you in the States) with either spray oil or just a two teaspoons of olive oil so we can still enjoy steak and chips without loading up with bad fats and calories.

I have an FT60 and I wear it for everything, I have worn it swimming but I use a t13 coded belt then rather than the wear link belt it came with, that is more by choice though as the wear link belt is supposed to be ok for swimming. I absolutely love my FT60.

ok but if you only ate the white and you use the generic egg white entry it will not show any cholesterol as the egg white nutrition has zero cholesterol.

a nice glass of wine is fine if you count it, I still have a glass or two on a weekend or after my step kids have visited :laugh: but I count it, I guess that is about the only time I tend to use up my exercise calories, generally I dont bother I just stick to the 1200.
