What kind/type of fibre are you referring to? and yes, 80g sounds like way too much. One thing to keep in mind whenever you take a fibre supplement is to make sure you drink plenty of water. If you don't this could result in abdominal discomfort.

103 people is such a small sample size, add in the fact that these women are going to a dermatologist, there may be other concerns at play. Hi Everyone, I am so sorry that I am late to the party, but hopefully I can use this as a stepping stone to becoming junk-free. I just decided today that I really need to eliminate the junky snacks and replace them with healthy snacks. I will start my junk-free diet tomorrow, and plan to complete the full 21 days.

When I completed day 1 I thought - no problem, I got this. Today, all day, my inner thighs have been so sore especially when squatting to pick something up off the ground. It wasn't until I started my day 2 squats the light finally went on, and I realized why I have been so sore. I can't wait for the results!
