I forgot to record on Sunday - 9/22: 4 miles walked. I had to guess at how many I did this morning based on average pace and time, because my phone ran out of power, LOL! 9/24: 6 miles walked and jogged.

9/20: 4.2 miles today along with the 30 Day Shred. What can I say? I need my power walk.

2.09 miles jogged, 2.05 miles power walked..... GOAL! 102.2 miles completed so far in September!!! Now that I am alternating days of jogging/walking and 30 Day shred workouts, I've set a new goal of 125 miles for the month.

Took a day "off" yesterday - instead of walking or running, I did the 30 Day Shred. 9/17: 6.7 miles walked

9/14: "only" 3 miles today. Clean-up efforts, so I was hiking shoreline while carrying garbage bags during the first one, and creeking and carrying garbage bags in the second one. They felt like a lot more than 3 miles, I'll tell you that! ;)
