Hi me too! Love making new friends on here. x

If you're limited for space keep away from the dance type workouts. I can also vouch for the 30 day shred, you just need enough room for jumping jacks and lying down exercises. x

I have no advice, I have never had children. I can say you sound like a wonderful mother :)

If you're not hungry maybe a light snack. Otherwise, why not carry a few of those calories over for another day.

What you have got to remember is you can still lose weight on these pills. Keep to the plan... make it a lifestyle change and you will not go wrong. Give it time (yes I know it's difficult) but you will get there if you're filling up on healthy foods along with plenty exercise that is one of the finest things for energy…

Hi, I don't have any tips as I started it today, so perhaps we could see how we both get on! I found day one, level one surprisingly not as bad as I thought, but couldn't do many push ups. Best of luck x

I always think that Catherine Zeta Jones looks amazing and not malnourished. Love Christina's curves and dress too. I always love to see the dresses they wear.

Thank you to each and everyone of you for the replies. Love the info by msf74. I've figured what feels like my whole entire life, I have spent it doing some crash / fad diet or a rollercoaster of feast or famine. I can no longer go back to that. I have nothing to lose doing it the sensible approach and I'm enjoying working…

Just managed 300. Did 100 straight then blocks of 50 with short gap. Could have pushed myself a bit harder possibly. Great idea for a post, thank you x

I'm just about to start it right now! A bit scared, from what I've heard it sounds a bit torturous!! Hope it's going well for you! x

I am also confused when it comes adding your calories burned, I only track the ones earned through a workout.

Hi everyone, I'm in Lytham St Annes, North West Engliand. Look forward to chatting x

I can totally relate to your post. I know I will have days like that. Anything worth achieving is going to be sheer hard work and feel impossible at times. Consistency is the key with weight loss and I'm not going to give in this time. I make sure that I keep some diet foods that I actually enjoy eating so that I don't get…

I also normally struggle, but today I did lots of high impact aerobics and found myself puffing and panting with a beetroot face in desperate need of 6 pints of water! x

Wine at dinner time for sure. Will stlil have it, but will have to cut down a bit!!! Also, I don't miss the following foods because I know they are just a big no-no, but I absolutely love ice cream, crisps, pastries, chips, cheese, chocolate, pasta portions the size of a bin lid. Ok I'm thinking about food wayyyy too much,…

I have also sat around and not conquered my weight problem for too long. It sounds like you're on the right track and hopefully this community will provide a source of support and motivation we need!! x

I took Alli for a while last year. I must be in the minority but I found I could eat most things and I didn't get the bad side effects. Didn't find I lost any weight taking them, but I think was over eating at the time and kidding myself!!

Hi, new here too.... I have only joined the website so far, but am going to download the app later today. I have also carried this extra weight for a while and tomorrow has never come ... until now! Look forward to chatting.

Hello, I'm new too. I think consistency is the key, you will get there if you keep chipping away and chipping away at it some more. I'm also at the start of the journey. Hope this website and forum will give us some of the motivation to keep us going!

You're just up the road from me then :) My wish is to go clothes shopping without feeling huge in the changing room... I dream of the day I can wear the clothes I really want to wear. Not booked a holiday yet, but I'm aiming for my wedding anniversary in June and depending if I can lose the weight for then, I will book a…

Yes can relate to your post. I take a beta blocker (propranolol) for stress and find it really difficult to lose weight while taking it. I just take it now on my most stressful days. I'm already discovering that exercise does give you a natural buzz and makes you feel good about yourself, i really do believe it after…
