All of them are good. You can definitely do a modified version of it, too. Just go at your own pace, but make sure to keep the intensity at least moderate. The Muay Thai is fun and really works your entire body. The Strength and Upper force is excellent and very good for the upper body; Buns and Guns is rough, lol, but…

I will be your friend! Wait.... I think we already are! :) Hi!!

I did Ripped in 30 before doing the Shred, but probably would have had better results if I did it the other way around. I did Kickboxing Fast Fix (3) during the Shred. Afterwards, I did Extreme Shed and Shred for a spell, along with some of the other videos I have in my collection: the Firm, Denise Austin... I also walked…

Thank you very much! :)

Thank you so much for the replies! I will check out all links and also the group here. I'm the type of person that researches before I attempt to change my dietary habits and activities. I think I may be okay with not eating first thing in the morning because the past few weeks it's taken me a little while to eat anyway,…

I will read through all of the replies in just a minute, but first I want to apologize for not being as clear. This is how my schedule looks now: Wake up / Breakfast / Lunch / Snack / Dinner / Exercise / Bed This is what I was considering doing: Wake up / Exercise / Breakfast / Lunch / Snack / Dinner / Bed Not changing my…

Haha! I've seen that movie! :)

5 Things Not to Eat/Drink (IMHO): 1 ~ Pork and lard 2 ~ A whole Cheesecake 3 ~ Moonshine 4 ~ Fast Food everyday 5 ~ Foods that are high in sodium (at every meal) :P

So what you are saying is that choosing not to eat breakfast before exercising is harmful to the body? In what ways? I am looking for input so I can weigh my pros and cons.

I see a difference in all 3 pics! The first one, your upper abs are more defined. The second, I can see your upper back has less fat, and in the 3rd, I can definitely see less flab! Also, your forearms seem smaller and more toned. Slight as it may be, you have results. :) If you are disappointed, though, perhaps trying…

Perhaps taking more rest days would help. You truly get results when your body is able to "sleep" some. :) Also, try varying your calorie intake. Eat high one day, then low the next. Up your water some if you are only getting 8 or less in a day, and also try to increase your protein slightly. I lost a great deal of inches…

Amazing transformation! :) You should be a model (if you aren't one already)!! You seem to have that flair with the camera in all of your pics... Love the hat, btw. :)

Haha!! That's right! Get it get it!! Cardio or not, I will burn fat with this type of exercise any day!!!
-
No one should have to deal with that. I've been in relationships where there was utter negativity from my SO, and I ended it. There was a time when I would have stuck through and tried to "convince" them to treat me better, but it doesn't change unless they are willing to stop and be kinder. You shouldn't have to be…

Hello! I did the Shred last Fall, and had some pretty good results from it. I did Ripped in 30 before shredding, so I would consider myself to have been at an intermediate level of fitness (been exercising off and on for years)... I lost quite a bit in my stomach, which stunned me because that is the hardest place for me…

This is a great suggestion!!

I wish I could help, but I am the exact opposite! I don't care for cardio, but love weights! :) I just do what I have to do. Maybe the fusion workouts I do helps, because it incorporates cardio kickboxing with resistance training, stretching, and plyometrics. There are only a few portions of the workout that I just don't…

Here's a link that lists info on foods high in protein. Perhaps you can incorporate some of these into your meals. Good luck! :) http://www.heartspring.net/list_of_high_protein_foods.html

I consider it cheating when it is a processed food, or fast food, sweet, or chips... Anything "junk" related with little nutritional value, or something that may have nv, but has too much sodium, sugar or way high in calories.
