I agree it may be that you're not eating enough?? Also have you measured yourself recently? Are clothes fitting better? It may be that you're gaining muscle so your shape is changing?? Just a thought.

I'm assuming then you still have 22 days to go?? Take some measurements now - it won't tell you whole picture but hey! As long as the numbers are going down!

Any movement is good so I wouldn't worry too much. K

I'm often heavier the day after a weights workout; also my weight can be delayed after a slightly naughty weekend - but doesn't show on the scales until a few days later; hormones can also lead to weight differnces. I would say - don't weigh yourself everyday - but then that would be the pot calling the kettle black! If…

Hey! Good for you! I don't have any snappy one liners to give you - but just to say that take one week at a time, make smal changes where you can, track what you eat, build up and adapt exercise over time and you'll get there! I started off at 214lbs around 9 years, ago - lost 30 of that within a year or so - had two kids…

I did the 3 RAMP classes just before Xmas and was bricking it! Anyhow I just felt the fear and did it anyway and it was great - that said I've not been back! Might go once I've picked up the exercise again as took a couple of weeks off with Xmas and being ill and it's tough!!! It definitely pushes you!! Good luck!

Keirasmum - what concerned me was it would be under 200 of my BMR EVERY day! .... Manually amended calorie intake to 1500 for now ...

Thanks all - have done WW for years so generally know what is a good day/bad day of eating. I think 1600-1800 sound like a plan for now and then I'll see how I get on. This site just seems to work better and I like the scanner - just already bugs me when it puts me in the minus!!!

Wow - that calculates BMR - 1488; TDEE - 2307; calorie intake 1845 if want to lose 20% fat -that's quite a difference??? I really like this site but recommending to reduce calorie intake to 1200 surely isn't healthy?? I have to admit I was ratty as hell earlier as I was starving!!!
