Understand that during the overnight hours, you may never NOT feel tired. Some people are not meant to be 3rd shifters - me being one of them. Personally,I never trust calorie output from any machine, especially ones found on cruise ships. Their numbers simply do not add up.

I WAS a HUGE cereal junkie. Just love the stuff. Sugary, non-sugary - didn't matter. Was just easy to eat when I didn't want to make or go out and grab anything. Trust me when I say: Once you go black, you won't go back! Black coffee is the ONLY way to consume/enjoy coffee! Why? You get to enjoy the caffeine, without the guilt of cream and sugar!!!

make sure you're making the measurements in the correct location and the same location each time - that's all that matters. It's like weighing yourself on an incorrect scale. So long as it gives you consistent numbers relative to gain/loss, you can still get measurable results.

My company spent roughly 1k-1.5k/per ergonomic chair x 40,000 employees and they are horrible! So many overweight people due to seditary work/home life, they should have spent 1/2 that, and purchased walking treadmills.

Getting off all my meds has been the best thing ever. I highly recommend if you CAN, please do. Big Pharma NEEDS you on them; YOU need to be off them asap. Best of luck in your endeavor.
