    Yesterday it was -23 with a windchill of -53.

    -23C with a windchill of -39. That is, for the americans: -9.5 and -38.5

    Fahrenheit is so weird, the scale just doesn't do temperatures justice.

    It was 2 degrees the other day here in Michigan with windchills below that. It's supposed to improve by the end of the week, so just a little longer.

    Grand Rapids Michigan, actual temp was 1 below at 6 AM, with wind chill -36. Lots of Lake Effect snow as this artic blast sweeps over the open waters of the Great Lakes, causing several feet of snowfall along with wonderful blowing and drifting. Schools have been closed for 2 days now. :smile: Could be worse. Could be Alaska where winter is like this all season every year.

    Chilly this morning...around 15*...but warming to mid 40s today...should be mid 50s by mid week and through the weekend. I love a temperate climate. NM has fortunately been spared this cold weather system.

    Orlando, Fl here. Coldest it's been so far this winter. 46 today. Which is weird because it was 80 yesterday LOL tomorrow will get better in the mid 70's!
