I'd love to be included here. I am 46 and need to lose 15 pounds. I am hypothyroid and perimenopausal. I lost 6 pound in February and nothing since. I need 15 more and just cannot seem to eat few enough calories or work out enough...it just will not come off!

day two of 30 day shred. WOW. I am sore today and it took everything to get changed and force myself to do the 20 min. anyway. DONE! I think I would have eaten more today but it hurt too bad to get to the fridge....there might be something to this exercise thing. LOL

Thanks for shaing. I have been on MFP for 14 days straight. I have faithrully tracked my eating to see how I am doing.
