  • I'd love to be included here. I am 46 and need to lose 15 pounds. I am hypothyroid and perimenopausal. I lost 6 pound in February and nothing since. I need 15 more and just cannot seem to eat few enough calories or work out enough...it just will not come off!
  • THANKS. Good ideas!

  • I understand both the frustration and the impatience. I started January 15th at 149. I am down to 143. That is only 6 pounds in 6 weeks. I was down to 141 but put 2 more back on. I am only 5 foot 2 so this is too much weight for me. I need to be down to AT LEAST 130 in not more. I took on the 30 day shred and keep my…
  • day two of 30 day shred. WOW. I am sore today and it took everything to get changed and force myself to do the 20 min. anyway. DONE! I think I would have eaten more today but it hurt too bad to get to the fridge....there might be something to this exercise thing. LOL
  • Thanks for shaing. I have been on MFP for 14 days straight. I have faithrully tracked my eating to see how I am doing. I stay well within my calorie allotment but It appears I eat foods too high in surgar content.
