I exercise regularly but don't fit it in bc who knows what my bmr and tdee truly is. I don't trust calculations because I'm just not like the average woman. I exercise to better my mood and endurance. If I go over my calorie goal, I burn it off.

that seems reasonable. today i burned 406 calories in 41 minutes going by my polar ft4 hrm. my heart rate doesn't sync with the elliptical for some reason, and shows crazy numbers like 200 bpm when it's actually 161 or something. however, the calorie count comes out pretty similar to my hrm (usually under)

I suck on a lollipop. It takes me some time to eat it all and has 55 calories. I keep dark chocolate at home but I'm so unsatisfied with just one and I feel like it's a waste of ~70 calories for all but 3 seconds of joy LOL

I look so much like your "before" photo. I seem to have a long pelvis, if that makes sense, but my waist does eventually dip in. I agree your after picture looks more pear - wahhh I hope that happens to me too! xD

I think it's better to follow TDEE-20% than what mfp gives. I don't know why mfp has the setting so low; 1200 calories? :/ Also I don't think you can compare your situation to anorexics. They do it long term whereas you will get hungry and end up binging, undoing whatever deficits you created

I've been 25 lbs less before, definitely a "skinny" weight for my height but can't say I was any happier. But now that I'm heavier all I want is to see the numbers on the scale go down.

I always add lots of ice to make a thick shake. I use almond milk, 2 scoops chocolate, 1 tbsp of hershey's unsweetened cocoa, and 1 tbsp of stevia to make a rich chocolate shake. The choco formula by itself isn't very flavorful imo. Sometimes I add some frozen strawberries (60g)

I am not that nit picky. When I make a salad I don't count spinach, romaine, onions, celery...just the bulky stuff like broccoli, tomatoes, and carrots. I log fruit very strictly though because it's high in sugar. I don't count the 1.6 calories in a mint or 3 calories in a tsp of stevia...

if its any consolation, I heard that most fashion models are very skinny apples. but it true, if you lose enough weight, you just kinda have no shape. The shape becomes more pronounced with every mass of fat gained

I don't. I don't have an HRM and I don't trust the readouts on the workout machines..the only other exercise I do is very slow walking with my dog (in the process of leash training) on top of an hour at the gym. At most I think I burn 250, which is a negligible amount and I'm not even sure that's accurate =P

My goal weight's 115. I'm currently 140 and although it's my HW in a long time I think I look healthy and well proportioned.

Mines 113. I've been hitting 100 the last few days but today I had a protein bar so I should be meeting that! It's a bit high on the cals for the amount of protein though...tomorrow I'm gonna snack on greek yogurt instead

I had the most success with losing weight by not exercising and just focusing on calories. When I exercised like crazy and also controlled the calories, I ended up gaining weight (that was for 1 month)
