Ratatouille is probably my favorite "diet" food. I absolutely love it and make it regularly for my family. I use chicken breast in addition to the sausage. Delicious!

I am a size 12 at 5'3" and 168 pounds. All of the women in my family genetically carry a fairly large amount of lean body mass. (121 pounds of it at the moment)

I just had the Key West chicken and shrimp the other day. It was delicious and I think it was about 500 calories. Also, the Tilapia with Mango Salsa is a good choice. On both, I asked for no rice and had double the vegetables. I just looked them up in the database before I ordered.

Although I didn't explode my calorie goals, I relaxed my usual rules for myself for the past few days and had sweet treats everyday for three days in a row! I enjoyed it at the time, but I have to admit I feel a little sluggish and gross today. I'm already throwing down the water trying to flush it all out. Ugh!

Add 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/4 of oats run through the food processor until they resemble flour and your texture problem is solved. I'm a peanut butter and banana fanatic, so spread them with a tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter and I am in heaven. : )

So very true!! I need to completely throw out the scale. This morning I was feeling a little disappointed at not seeing a loss on the scale, so I got out the tape measure and found that I lost another full inch from my thighs and 3/4" from my waistline. Who cares what the scale says????

I love nut butters, so I eat a Quaker chocolate crunch rice cake spread with 1 tbs. cashew or almond butter almost every day. My sweet indulgence. 155 calories!

I am going to begin training using the Galloway method on July 1. I am returning from a tibial stress fracture, so I am hoping for the best. I got his book "Half Marathon - You can do it!" and I am so fired up about getting it going!

Abso-freaking-lutely!! I have a routine I do when I don't have much time that is extremely effective. I just do rotations of 25 jumping jacks, 5 pushups, 25 bicycle crunches and 5 burpees until I run out of time. Great workout and no equipment needed!

I think you would be shocked to see your sugar intake. So, I would suggest changing your diary settings to track that as well. I also notice in your diary that there are zero veggies and fruit. Definitely need those!

That day in the c25k program was seriously one of the proudest moments of my life!! I completely shocked myself by running not only 20, but 24 minutes!! Great job. And maybe we ARE runners afterall?? : )
