Yesterday was my 990th consecutive logging day. : ) I have used this app on my phone to log my food intake every day since I started! I have lost a total of 75 pounds through diet and exercise and My Fitness Pal is the key.

I say go out and find a hilly country road and do some serious interval training! That's the best cardio workout I've ever experienced. But, then again, I can't STAND doing cardio on any type of machine, so I may not be the best person to ask. : )

I absolutely prefer running in the mornings! It is a great way to start the day and really gets my circulation going. I don't know about keeping me warm throughout the day, but I do find that my skin is a little rosy for a few hours after a run. : ) Plus, this way I have my workout in and don't have to think about it…

I totally agree with you and that's why I haven't felt the need to run with anyone thus far. But, I'm just tired of not making any gains. Looking to change it up a little.

Brenda, I think that is exactly what I am looking for! My daughter is a college cross country runner and she always tries to train with someone who is slightly faster than herself. I wish I was anywhere near as fast as her and maybe we could run together.

Caterer here! : ) Put them into the pot and as soon as the water begins to boil, set a timer for 9 minutes. When the timer goes off, drain the boiling water and run cold water over them until you can hold them in your hand. Peel them under a tiny stream of cold water and you will have no problems!

Put one sliced cucumber and one sliced lemon in a gallon of water and place in the frig for a few hours. I love, love this! It's so refreshing on a hot summer day. And has zero calories!
