Well done. I've gone from 3000 steps a day to between 10/16000 ... Struggling a bit now the cold wet weather is here. :(

Can I join in ? ... Im 5ft, OK 4ft 11 and a half. Currently weighing 141lb down from 205. I seem to have hit a brick wall at the moment and the weight just ain't moving. It's driving me nuts. Would be nice to have some friends. Please feel free to add me.

I used to aim for 700/800 calories a day but now seems to have crept over the thousand, it could be that causing me to stall :(

Hi. I joined today as well. I'm the other end of the scale at 5ft 0 and 14st 1 I look everyone of those pounds ..... One thing we have in common though is I'm sure we can lose the excess baggage. :)
