  • I'm probably just retarded but i find I over-exert myself taking stimulants pre workout. Years ago, Iv damaged a bicep, bunged my back etc. Get some caff into me and some workout music, its all over :D
  • One of those things, if imagining that bag of chips gets you through the 6 days of super clean eating so you can binge, i reckon do it. I often have a binge meal on a weekend. Often something healthy, just a massive stomach splitting portion size, sometimes just something ridiculous; 3000 cals of macca's or what have you.…
