haha im not doing it to lose weight really, just to get back into some sort of workout schedule.

why is your calorie goal so low? If you are working out 6 days a week and not trying to lose weight (hopefully you aren't anyways) you should most definitely be eating a lot more. This could be what is causing your binges- after a certain amount of time eating at a deficit, your brain literally just sends signal after…

I'm a half brit and don't live in england anymore... maybe I should leave hahahaha

Binging either means you are restricting your body too much and your brain is thus sending out signals to you to eat a lot (sort of a survival thing) or else it's psychological in which case I would definitely not try to diet until you get things figured out.

Not sure if its underestimation, the body adapts to the amount you eat, so after a while of eating less it will get used to the amount and you will lose less. Maybe take a week where you eat at maintenance?
-
Why so low? If you can't stick to it, it won't work.

Unfortunately, there will be *kitten* no matter what you look like. One day people are going to tell you you are looking "too thin" just wait ><

Don't use that method, find your TDEE and subtract 15-20% of that total, and this will be a set amount you should eat every day. For example my estimated TDEE (amount i will eat to maintain my weight taking into consideration my stats and activity level) is around 1800. When I am trying to lose weight I take off 20%, and…
