Congrats on going to the gym, don't even worry about weight and start taking measurements of inches, sometimes the muscle will retain water like everyone says, and also muscle weights more than fat so over time you might even put on a little weight. This is nothing to worry about and you'll look more tone!

My insight: if it aint broke, dont fix it! Seems like whatever you're doing is working fine. If you start feeling overly tired, moody, weak, etc or feel like you get the urge to binge etc then you should up your calories. There is no magic formula for weight loss so you might as well do whatever works for you :)

Hmmmm it used to be oats believe it or not- I could eat 300 grams of oatmeal / muesli easy and still want more! but now i dont really have any :) i take that back after reading some other replies: french baguette with cheese- SOOOO good i can't stop lol

yea im not sure where she gets those numbers from, maybe its possible for severely overweight individuals or something- but i looked at the nutrition part of it and its actually quite reasonable!
