no....not a bad thing depending on total calorie intake. if it is a significantly large amount,,,,it is a waste, because a body can normally only process about 80 grams per sitting......but is better to do that than go over on the total fat intake for the day. hope this helps

the best advice is to make sure you have a good pair of runners.....not cross-trainers or any of the other multi-purpose type that are out there. the proper shoes make a huge difference. you dont want to be sore or in pain from poor shoes.

one of the hardest things is to tell a woman to eat to lose weight. body and organ function will be compromised. some of the damage will be cumulative----i mean it can not be undone. be kind to your body and give it quality fuel to burn and it will reward you in kind. give the body time to adjust to the new program.....it…

i woul dnot even try that....you will put your body into starvation mode and will store all calories as fat. you need a minimum of 1200 to keep body functions normal. in crease daily activity and eat a healthy balanced menu. concentrate on food with the most bang for the buck, so to speak.

my advice is to buy a good quality brand. i have a trek hybrid, kinda like a mountain bike but with road bike tires. easier to pedal and a lot lighter in weight. i also got rigid frame with a shock absorber in the seat post, a nice option. but the most important aspect is go to a reputable bike shop and get fitted for the…
