My twins are 22 months and in a low percentile, they just decided they didn't want to eat very much. I think you should do whatever makes you feel good, since you are the one who is going to notice and care about it. I'd probably edit it upward so it reflected my pounds lost.

It's never that cold here, but I do go jump on the trampoline in a t-shirt sometimes when it's about 32 degrees.

I think they probably DO go into starvation mode, but with such a low calorie diet you can't help but lose anyway. Look at anorexic people...They can get VERY thin by eating very little. But when they start eating a regular diet of even of say, 1500 calories, they'll gain weight because their metabolism is very slow.…

I asked the same question earlier and was told to log it as circuit training, I had been putting "high impact aerobics" but when I changed it, it said I had burned 57 more calories than it did before so I'm sticking with circuit training!

If you figure out the calories for the individual ingredients, then add it all together and divide it by serving size then that should work. I do that sometimes, you just have to be sure to measure your ingredients when you otherwise maybe wouldn't.

awesome, thanks SO much. I changed it to CT from aerobics and I burned 30 more calories than I thought and when I added the 7 minutes it was even more!
