You shouldn't eat all of your exercise calories back, but you should eat some of them....if you are eating too few calories, your body may be storing your fat instead of burning it.

What really matters is that you like what you see and are healthy. You may lose a few pounds in the short term if you are netting 100 calories, but like these other folks have said, your body will start storing all calories you consume as fat...NOT GOOD. I agree here. You could even try to make your pancakes a little healthier (skim milk, egg whites...) so you can have your syrup! Don't take away the things you really enjoy or you'll end up binge eating!

You would be really surprised to know how many calories you burn cleaning. AND I bet you were pretty vigorous about it! :) Sometimes our days feel so overwhelming, so I hope it makes you feel better to know that you more than likely got your workout in without even knowing it!! Healthy snacks will help!! I eat Special K bars....90 calories of pure yumminess! Or try raw veggies with hummus...Also, make sure your breakfast and lunch are protein and fiber PACKED.
