  • I agree here. You could even try to make your pancakes a little healthier (skim milk, egg whites...) so you can have your syrup! Don't take away the things you really enjoy or you'll end up binge eating!

AND I bet you were pretty vigorous about it! :) Sometimes our days feel so overwhelming, so I hope it makes you feel better to know that you more than likely got your workout in without even knowing it!!
