I have a protein shake or some almonds. Beware of granola bars because they have a lot of sugar in them. Its always best to have high protein snacks if you have to snack late at night.

Yes, that baby belly is a tough one! I wouldn't mind the below belly button part, but its the above the belly button pouch that I cant seem to get rid of! I have photos in my sports bra that show it better but I am not brave enough to post those! Hahaha.

I get that all the time too. I always say, "you dont see me naked, so you cant judge my body." That usually shuts them up pretty fast.

I hear ya. Those last 10 or so pounds are DEFINITELY the hardest to lose. You really have to be on top of everything to get rid of them, which is my problem.

P90X will really help tone and define your body. You could always run on the days you have cardiox or kenpox, and do the weight routines.

Im doing the lean and Im in my first recovery week. I've lost a few inches, and about 4 pounds. Im not really doing the meal plan as close as I should, but I still eat pretty clean. I really like it and im excited to see the final results. Good luck!
