Im 16 weeks pregnant tomorrow and this weight gain thing is TERRIFYING me! This is my third pregnancy and I gained 45 with the first, and 40 with the second. Aiming to gain between 25-30, but as I've already gained 4-5, depending on the day, that gives me only a pound to gain in in the next 24 weeks. I was 195 when I had…

good for you! Its tough trying to lose weight in high school! I did, but I also had a friend who took it too far. I think its very mature of you to recognize that you have lost maybe a little too much and are able to admit that. I noticed you have a needle disposable container on your dresser. Are you diabetic as well?

My diet was not restricted. I cut back on portions, tried to eat more protein by using whey protein powder, and TRYING to eat less processed carbs. I cut out pasta and rice until literally this past month and would use cauliflower instead. When I say I could have done better, it was in my diet. But I can't live in the…

Essentially, you want to consume as little sodium as possible. Everything has sodium in it but you want to aim for less than 2500mg a day. (you can edit your food diary to show this so you can keep track.) Too much sodium can cause your body to retain water and to feel bloated and gross. Start by cutting back on the the…

Well, my kids are 5 and 2 and a half, but its taken me almost that 2 and a half years to lose 53 pounds. I didn't really get serious until January of this year. You just have to take it one day at a time and maybe simple swaps like caluiflower instead of pasta or rice and less processed foods. I ate chicken and either…
