Third the water, and do not try to eat-less, push extra hard on workouts or the like to "make up" for it (it will just make you feel worse). Sip on a tea (herbal, green, oolong, just not black). go for a nice easy walk. And do a bit of gentle yoga

I have taken almost every fad "weight loss" pill out there, and even though I KNOW they don't work I still look them all over every time I'm in that section of the store.

Grab some fruit, make some fruit Popsicles with healthy and simple ingredients. Drink a little chocolate milk. And for me it helps to add cinnamon to my yogurt or toast, and drinking lemon and mint infused water may help as well.
