It's awesome that so many of you are doing the 30 day shred! I am on day 9 and it is killer! I'm looking forward to level 2...but still scared to death of what is to come :)

Just so everyone knows, weigh-in day is Friday! The plan is to let the "biggest loser" (based on percentage of weight lost) pick the "challenge" for the following week, which can include challenging everyone to walk an extra 2 miles or get in an additional hour of exercise. Which ones do you have. I saw there was a "run 100", a "run 50" and some other kind.... Why can't you run in them? Are they uncomfortable when you run?

Ever hear of the 30 day shred? Look it up on the forums. People lose up to 20 lbs. in one month by doing the Shred daily for 27 minutes and eating healthy. Good luck!!!

Favorite: I enjoy the ab exercises, minus the reverse crunch and the bicycle crunches kick my butt! Least Favorite: side lunges with lateral raises. OWWWWEEEEEEE!!! This move was invented for purposes of torture.

Sounds like you and I are in the same boat. We are both yo-yo dieters. I think part of the issue is that when you feel like you are doing fantastic and you see results you either a.) reward yourself with food or b.) think you have a false sense of control over the issue and think that a "minor indulgence" won't sabotage…
