We have a bottomless candy jar at my office too... three of them actually. And a filing cabinet drawer with bag of candy. It's hard. But I have only had one piece in the last month. U kno, menstrual problems :(

Okay, that's a good point. I'm just wondering.... I work full-time, go to school full-time, and have 5 kids. So the weekends are the best time for me to get my cardio in. Is 2hrs a day on sat and sun okay if I am also strength training 3x a week.

My manager has an endless supply of candy that he provides for us.... it really helped me pack on 30 pounds since I started the job 6 months ago. I stopped eating it a few months ago. But wow!!! It added up very quickly. Freaking out now, realizing that I will be a 250 pound bride :(

Anything can be toddler friendly. I recommend feeding him the same as you eat... I did not do this with my kids. Now it's like pulling teeth to get them to eat right. They are 17, 15, and 9 yr old twins. Oh how I wish I had fed them the way I want to eat now

I hate grocery shopping. I typically find the recipes that look good for the week and then make my list. I always forget about snacks tho, so I always have to make a return trip within a day or so :( Lots of fruit. Always fruit with a snack. Veggies and hummus is delicious.
