lol I do love laughing cow extra light cheese but recently I made the mistake of checking the expiry date on a pack and it didnt expire till SEPTEMBER! Anything that lasts in my fridge from April to September can't be good for you..... I may have to give them up

WOW! I hate taking risks so I think I would take a loooonnnngggg time to think this one through. Definitely make a pro's and con's list and ask any significant others what their opinions are. I reckon it will take you a few weeks to come to a decision.

Hey ladies! I have a beautiful 6m old daughter who is already crawling round fast and standing up an climbing EVERYWHERE! I'm being kept on my toes... I hit my pre pregnancy weight last week so was really happy with that. I'm now striving to lose another 11lbs to hit my ideal weight hopefully by June. Good luck everybody!

well done!! You look great! I know it mustve been hard work...! I have also just lost baby weight after 6months, it's such a great feeling after all the hard work.

I love biscuits although I have pretty much weened myself off them completely now. If you search for recipes on here there are ABSOLUTELY LOADS for low calorie cookies, low calorie cheesecake bites, low calorie brownies etc.... Perhaps if you start by only eating this type first and then ween yourself on to only one a day…

Ewwww this sounds gross! I always thought (as a fairly intelligent woman) that there is not a quick or easy way to lose weight properly. If only people would realise this. Sigh.

Great post. This is pretty much how most of those type of companies work....and you are SO right about holding onto your money in this economy! You can spend way less on long runs/walks outside... Did I say way less? I meant WAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYY less!! LOL

Sorry to break it to you bluntly but there is no quick fix to losing weight. The few times in my life that I gained 10-15lbs I would always try a fad diet or something similar and they are only short term solutions. I have lost 45lbs of baby weight by almost RE-WIRING my brain. I have had to learn a whole new way of eating…

LOL the hardest thing for me was learning NOT to eat until I was full. I kinda liked that full feeling but I guess thats how I put on so much baby weight! LOL

I am 27 and despite clinging on to my twenties for dear life I would like to think I am still young! lol

Also make sure your activity level on here is set right. If set too low and you are very active you may be eating too few calories...

LOL LOL LOL you should definitely start blogging Emma! x

I am UK and was brought up snacking on peanut butter all the time! I recently got back into it a a pre gym snack but I have the no sugar variety and spread it thinly on 3 water biscuits or oat cakes which isnt that calorific...

WOW its hard being a woman! I think it's natural to feel a little competitive. I don't think we should hate on the skinnies though because they couldve been fat at one point and burnt it all off! I say this as when I started back at gym after having my daughter I was FAT (45lbs heavier) and now I would like to think I look…

Just create a thread called, I dunno.... "women losing baby weight March" and everyone can comment on it for the month then you just create a new one each month?

I had my baby 6months ago now and I've lost 43lbs of baby weight. I had her naturally and she is my first child so it may be different for anyone who has multiple kids or c sections but what worked for me was sticking to a 1200 calorie low carb and low sugar diet in the beginning and also doing 60mins cardio 5-7times per…

I would rather cry at the drop of a hat than keep everything all couped up and be all emotionally detached like a lot of men! Crying is a good release!

Hello! good luck, this site will help u loads if u take it seriously.

Although I have only had one child so far I have also almost lost my baby weight. Cardio is definitely the key but I keep reading articles about how sugar can also impact cellulite. I must admit most of mine has gone with the ridiculous amount of cardio I have been doing and I don't really eat that much sugar anyway (aside…

I try not to eat too late. I don't think it has an impact on my weight loss, I just find if I eat heavy food like meat or pasta too late in the evening I cant sleep as my tummy is too full! lol If I think logically as well it must be better to eat food and then be mobile for a little bit to let your food digest as opposed…
