  • I was saying this to someone on here yday. Was it you? lol The zumba instructor is rather curvy at my gym. I was thinking of taking the class until I saw her taking regular personal training sessions!! Personally I want to be taught by someone who is proof of what they are teaching works. Sorry if that makes me un-PC

  • Thanks all. I cant recommend this DVD enough. I am a complete fitness DVD convert now! I did it 4 or 5 times a week. Then I gymmed once or twice a week but mainly did strength training.

  • Try six week six pack. I just completed the six weeks yesterday and got fab results (see profile pics for pictures of previous weeks) since you're already lean you should try it. I still lost 1lb a week whilst on it.

  • Have you tried Nairns Oatcakes? I eat the cheese flavoured ones with soup instead of Bread. Three of them fill me up just as good. I also have them with peanut butter for an after gym snack.

  • The side plank lifts are hard. Try doing just normal planks instead then when u have some spare time try doing just a normal side plank with one foot slightly in front of the other. I actually found I could do these if I wore trainers (better grip) so ended up doing them in the gym instead of at home during my DVD workout.…

  • I dont know if there is much truth in it but a few people have told me that your body only starts burning calories and fat efficiently once you have done 20 minutes of cardio exercise.
