I definitely log my exercise everyday! Not to eat back the calories, but to know that I have a remainder in calories, and it helps to know what works best when I switch it up and notice a weight gain/loss!

I haven't been drinking much since I am home for the summer. But I know once I get back this is going to be a problem, as I have a high tolerance, and love going out and having fun....not that you need alcohol for fun lol

While at school I had a limited amount of spending money for the week $50, and no job so I had to make it last, which led me to eating fast foods, and easy mac. Ohhhhh yeahhhhh did W6 D3! Beyond surprised seeing as it took me 3 tries to get W5 D3! Scheduled to run a 5k in September! Lets hope I can maintain this! After I graduate,i might consider doing this again....outside, or increasing my mph to get a better time! At least this time I won't be heaving after a minute of running

I am about to finish up week 5 on my last day today,but I was wondering on if anyone had any tips for switching from indoor to outdoor running! I can always run the allotted time on the app; however once I get outside. Not happening.

I'm so nervous to run outsides! Its so much easier to run on treadmill and I'm already at week 5 day 3,should i postpone that and go back to week 2 and do those outside? Or continue on the treadmill and after/before practice running outside. :O help!

I'm using Zen Labs too! I thought it was like that too until week 5 when I got on the treadmill day 1- and ran 5 minutes walk 3 x3 times and then today I got on expecting to do the 5 minute run, and I was running 8 minutes walk 5 x2! And tomorrow I have to run 20! Sooo we'll just see how that goes. I think its repetitious…

Some vegetables, with lean ground turkey and a nice tall glass of water. -___- Oh my god a chic fil a sandwich with fries a root beer and chic fil a sauce. Or a chicken finger plate from Zaxbys with some Zax Sauce oh man XD! I love sauces, and its so hard to give them up!
