I think it's totally possible if you do stick to your guns! I lost around 30+ in 3 months with minimum cheats and the gym almost everyday, I did become gym/diet obsessed though, put my health over friendships, but then gained half of it back when I returned to college ways. Sorry! Haha I'm 5'8-5'9 and 163 my goal is to be 145ish. My exercise routine recently changed because I'm "training for a 5k" Where I cycle running and abs one day; then upper body for 90 minutes with a mi. run, then lower body 90 minutes with a mi. run, and a rest day on Sunday.

I ate 1200 calories for a while, and some days I felt fine and some days I felt constantly hungry! You can move up the calories, I did to 1350, because eating 1200 at 5'9 and 170pounds is probably not the bestss! Yes! I do squat and only on occasions I will be sore, I'll do 5 setsof 20 reps, and I'll use 30 pounds not including the bar. So should I be increasing the weight? Or squatting deeper?
