Plateau and losing weight?

So I took like a week long break of my diet, essentially a cheat week, because I thought I had plateaud, and a couple people told me I needed to increase my calories to shock my body. I could have done it a lot healthier, but my week consisted of beer, chic fil a, pizza, beer, cookies, whiskey, burritos, beer, and no exercise. Life of a college student. I didn't count calories, and just ate when I was hungry, and when presented with the opportunity to eat out; I took it. But instead of gaining weight from salt/water retention? I lost 2.5 pounds, what could that mean? Will I gain it back soon? So confused? Should I up my daily calories from 1350 to 1600. I've always been scared to, but seeing as I ate so much and still lost weight, I figure maybe with exercise I can eat more in my days and still lose weight.

Its possible you body was retaining water and hormones were preventing weight loss. Its not too uncommon to see the results that you got if you body was able to regulate itself. Sometimes fueling your body adequately is all you need. 1600 could be good. But what are your stats and what is your exercise routine?0

Sorry! Haha
I'm 5'8-5'9 and 163 my goal is to be 145ish.
My exercise routine recently changed because I'm "training for a 5k" Where I cycle running and abs one day; then upper body for 90 minutes with a mi. run, then lower body 90 minutes with a mi. run, and a rest day on Sunday.0 -

I would suggest a better calorie goal is 1900 calories and would set macro's round 45% carbs, 30% protein and 25% fats.0
