  • I'm 38years old and love the wii fitness. its alot of fun and you can spend an hour on it and enjoy doing it. i also love the wii biggest loser game. it has some awesome work outs on it. I've noticed changing my routines helps cause otherwise I get bored. i've lost 25lbs so far!
  • I tried my cousins kinect game and it was so awesome! I had a major good work out for an hour but didn't feel like i was working out at all. The dance one was a lot of fun but there were a lot of obstacle course ones i loved too. I dont like to work out either but loved working out on the kinect. burns a lot of calories!
  • weight watchers website has some terrific recipes that will help you with breakfast lunch and dinner. i personally dont eat granola bars because they dont fill me up at all and i'm famished an hour later. i find it more helpful to eat things that fill me up and keep me filled up.
