Hello, I have a 5 month old and an 8 year old as well. I'm looking form mom's as well. I'm on a mission to shed my extra baby weight in time for spring. Just ready to get back to the old me! :)

Just drink lots of water and have a little taste. Make sure you work out extra hard to burn the extra fat. Everyone has these kinds of days every once in a while. :wink:

I'm am supposed to have 1200 calories per day as well, but when I working out I make sure add those calories into the exercise portion just as I would my food. If I burn 300 during my workout I have to eat those calories back. So depending on how much you work out your food caloric intake will change daily.

I have a good meal that is filling and low in fat and calories. Baked Talapia with a little lemon pepper, wild brown rice and tons of veggies this is a meal that is under 300 calories.:smile:

This is a good question, after working out for 11 days stright today I'm taking the 1 day off for recovery. I would like to know what folks have to say as well.

Don't give into the cravings... Fight through it, but I know it's easier said then done. Just work out harder by doing a little extra cardio and if you have to give in to something sweet, have a SMALL portion. I like to treat myself to Lowfat Graham cracker with peanut butter when I have the desire for something sweet.…
