I googled this once and don't remember the exact link but if you drain, wash, and dry the 85/15 after browning it comes out to being just like the more expensive stuff.

After it is cooked a serving of rigatoni will be 1 cup (not leveled so a little on top is ok). spagetti noddles are just under 1 cup (shouldn't be touching the brim of the cup). Hope this helps

If the total ends up being three servings, i would divide the 5 tbls by 3 and add that into my log. I just assume none is lost in the process.

People can't help if they can't see what you are eating

You really need to do the work and count your calories correctly - weighing it out, counting what you cook things in (i.e. butter, oil, etc). Since I've been logging for awhile and losing weight consistently I went back 5 weeks and compared my weight now to what it said before. I lost less than it said I would and I rarely went over my base (only once over base + exercise). So don't put too much stock in it.

None of my clothes fit anymore. I am too lazy to go buy new ones and am not sure when I'll settle at a good weight (and I do NOT want to buy new clothes more than once) so I just walk around looking frumpy all day.
