Don't panic, my scale says pretty much the same thing... My official weigh in is Friday, I check it myself Monday, and again Thursday. Keep up the cardio and watch what you are eating, the hard work will pay for itself. Stay positive and you will succeed!!!

Keep excercising, watch out for "empty calories" in junk food, and stay positive. If it was easy, everybody would be doing it!!!

You are taking the first step, that is great! Don't try to lose the weight too quickly, none of us put it on overnight!!! Make smaller, short term goals to boost your confidence and be able to see steady progress. Take one day at a time and don't get discouraged if it takes longer than the goal you set.
