My mom was/is really, really thin. I believe she has an eating disorder but would she will not ever admit it. She shows all the signs. I started with cardio a month before I found myfitnesspal and didn't log food or change my eating habits. Lost a few. Then, I started and doing both really kicked the weight loss in gear. I dropped a few dress sizes pretty quickly. You'll be there in no time if you do both.

I think the hardest thing in the beginning is having patience with yourself. Every step is a getting you closer to where you want to be. It takes a lot of courage to bust out of your comfort zone so be proud of yourself already. Sending you a request and hoping you have some successful days ahead of you. Hugs!

This may sound strange but I've been searching for "motivational quotes" on google images or tumblr and reading them always gets me really motivated. It's really hard to change and break habits but I think if you can redirect your thoughts to some of these positive and encouraging quotes, it might help you. Hope so! Good…

Hey girls, I am getting married in 2014 but will start looking for dresses soon & I want to drop 10 more pounds so I feel as confident as possible with my choice.
