We like to do Mexican pork roast. Throw in a pork loin and add a bit of water or broth to the bottom of the pocket. Sprinkle generously with Adobo seasoning (I think there are low sodium versions) and then squeeze two limes over the roast. Cook on low all day. Serve with tortillas, & fajita type fixings.

I keep luna bars or Clif minis in my purse. They don't go bad or get bruised and they are super filling.

They also sell it at drugstores like Walgreens & CVS. I actually saw a huge double pack of Anti Monkey Butt Powder in the Sam's over the weekend. I don't use it much now, but when I was training for the 60-mile 3-Day race we sometimes did 12-18 miles in one day. I used it a lot when we were heavy in the training.

I drink a lot more than 8 cups per day, and when I don't my energy level and weight loss suffer. My favorite water bottle holds 24 ounces and I try to drink that at each meal and snack and after working out. So most days I get somewhere in the neighborhood of 15-18 cups.

Well I'm 5'10 and as of this morning I weighed 261.8 pounds. I can run for 40 minutes straight on a good day and I started the C25K at the beginning of the year. It took me a while and I had a few setbacks but I did it. So absolutely yes - you can do it as well.

I have to stick to a schedule. For example today's schedule: 6:30 wake-up, feed boys, pack lunches, get boys to school by 7:30. 7:45-8:45 is workout time, and then I eat breakfast and shower and get ready to go to work at the yarnstore at 10am. I like Wal-Mart's Danskin stuff and Target's Champion/C9 stuff a lot. They have moisture wicking fabrics in shirts and different bottoms which make a big difference!

I'm doing Couch to 5K and running and walking outside. And I also do the Firm Transfirmer series dvds. The only downside to those is the the "transfirmer" thingie is pricey, but you should just be able to use a regular step for it.

I am frequently in the red on my protein. I don't worry about it. I figure I'm trying to keep/build muscle as I lose weight, so the extra protein can't hurt as long as I am not overeating my calories.

You are changing! Awesome success at I-Hop. Today I went to one of my favorite restaurants and only ate half the wrap I ordered so I could save the calories. I left there wondering, "Who is this person?!?!" Weekends are definitely the hardest - but you're doing great!
