Yes a Bikram yoga session is 90 minutes long. But I agree, that number seems pretty high - I'm going to start a putting it in at a lower count. Thanks for the advice!

I'm looking for friends too! Just joined last week and was only able to convince one of my girlfriends to join - though she's been really helpful and keeping me accountable. Would love to have more friends on here as well though!
