I ain't sure about the sauce as I have never used any but I just cooked rice ( white ) this way. I boiled the rice 90% cooked. Drained it, let it get cold. Heat olive oil in a pan, throw some chopped onions, green chillies and cumin seeds let it brown. Add the cold rice and simmer and season with salt.

Aww I feel for ya. During the holidays, I decluttered my wardrobe and loft too and donated all my old clothes, books etc etc to Oxfam. I didn't realise how attached I was to clothes I hadn't even worn for ten years! But it's a good feeling to declutter. Less stress, and more space for new fabulous clothes!
