I think that now you feel less urgent about your weight. You are getting noticed, complimented, and you are losing focus on losing weight. Start looking at it as you are trying to get to your best Health ever! Then you have a broader goal in mind -- if you need to lose 50 more lbs.. then you are still considered "obese"…

Had a good week, it was hard for me... but I pushed through.. and I'm gonna do even better this week..... for the entire 6 weeks,, I WILL NOT GIVE UP!

I alternate my diet, 2 weeks Atkins, 2 weeks, weight watchers. Atkins.com has the so many great great free recipes. You can really change things up even on the induction weeks. (BTW: I always just do the induction weeks.)

I feel the same way, but I have been living by this montra: "You have to DO ITwheater you like it or not, wheather you FEEL like it or not"- I go to the gym Mon-Thursday, take Friday off... and enjoy whenever on the weekends... it's so much easier and better. Sometimes we just have to SUCK IT UP!
