  • You have to set goals to achieve goals. My goal is 40 pounds. If I make it GREAT, if not I will be really happy with my efforts and however much I lose. My mind is made up to do it! Believe in yourself and be positive. What if you only lose 30? Oh well I will be so thankful I set a goal and did it! Do it with us!

  • Hey Chris-It sounds like you are on the right track. I have lost 17 total but I want to lose 50 more. I have been on heart meds and anti-depressants and gained a lot. I am 57 and the older you get the slower it is. You'll do great. I'm here for anyone who needs someone to understand or help! God Bless!

  • I was the same way so I started My Fitness Pal and for a few days did great was loosing a pound here and there. Then i didnt log in for a few days logged in and I had gained back everything i lost so YOU HAVE TO LOG IN every day. It keeps you accountable. JUST DO IT! I am here for you too!
