I'm doing the kickstart too, which meals are you choosing? Are you trying them all or do you have specifics? I've done the yogurt for breakfast, soup for lunch and turkey burgers for dinner. May try the poached eggs tomorrow morning.

My stats: I'm 5'2 1/2" and I'm actually starting at 148, and my goal is 128. I'll just be psyched to see the 130s again!!

That's really great! That's how I'd like to use this program, repeat until I reach my ultimate goal! I've done 30-day shred and Ripped in 30 and love her workouts, so I'm really pumped about this. I started yesterday!!!

That's what I've been doing. I would get so disappointed on my weekly weigh-in day if it didn't show what I wanted. So I've stopped weighing in weekly and just decided when I feel like checking I should. I did that this morning and was pleasantly surprised to have lost 2 lbs. That drives me crazy, I've just experienced that (not on 30 day shred, but I start that tomorrow). After eating really healthy for 21 days, I lost 4 inches and 0 pounds. I was upset, but friends convinced me to stay at it...so I am. After all, I like looking at my waist being skinnier, no matter what the scale says.…
