I get that way too, just super hungry. Solution for me? Eat more often. Eat Bacon. Ill also mix in some awesome Torani sugar free drink flavors in zero carb protein shakes. I generally try to fool myself into thinking I am eating badly. Good Luck!! Keep at it!!

I lost a little at the beginning the year with diet alone. I did find that I plateaued and started walking. I worked up to 5 miles in about 85 minutes in about 30 days time, I have had to stop due to a hernia surgery and Ill be back walking in a week or two. Thanks for the welcome!! Romey the boat is an older Alumaweld. It belongs to a very dear friend of mine that has put up with me for 30 years. That was a pretty good day on the river. I am recovering from hernia surgery. not a huge deal thankfully. I will be logging today. Its gonna be an interesting food log....

oh yes, herniated L4-L5 at age 23 fighting forest fire....had surgery at age 24. 18 yrs post-op and I have to keep my weight down. Thus my existence here...I can tell if I get to heavy even by a few pounds. I have been losing since jan 2013. Less I am, better I feel.

I have only used this one. I like that I can track my intake in detail. My career requires I stay strong physically so I have to stay balanced. I also read "marks daily apple" often and its been a good source of info.
