I think the estimate is a bit high, but I try to not eat back all the calories I "earn" from the eliptical.

I would measure how much you use normally, then gradually cut down each day. By 30 days, one TBS of creamer may taste as good as 3. I drink my coffee black most of the time but when I do creamer, I make sure to measure it and log the calories...they definitely add up.
