This hasn't happened to me, but I do understand how it can. It's easy to get comfortable. What pushes me is just that wonderful feeling I have when I'm seeing the smaller sizes I can wear, having those pre/post pics around my home, & just recognizing how hard I've worked to get here. I refuse for it all to be in vain. Now…

Great topic as I'm in week 2 of upping my calories. I have my activity set at working out 5-6 days a week which I believe is considered moderately active (2nd to highest activity category). I've not Net my calories yet; though I'm trying my best to eat my goal amount. Even still, this is tough because I eat pretty healthy.…

This is so true! I added consistent strength training almost 3 weeks ago & I've lost at least an inch everywhere! Today was the first morning & 2 years I didn't step on the scale! It shall no longer be the boss of me!

Hi Lucia! Thanks for responding! I love your weight tracker pic..I want a lil ping pow like that one day lol! Yes I workout pretty intensely...kickboxing, bootcamps, run 3-4 miles, & I've recently begun strength training 3-4 times a week. I have a Polar with a chest strap & am in the gym 5-7 days a week 90-120 minutes. I'm…

Lol!! Thank you sooooo much for your help! I only recently realized that even if I see a gain it's probably water & will go away because there's no way I'm eating that much more to gain fat lol! Thanks for your positivity & encouragement! I tell myself all the time to stop stressing scale. But to this day & over the past…

So I think I may have it! My BMR is 1526. My TDEE is 2365-2632 depending on if I have a 5 day a week workout or a 7 day a week. Is it safe to say I need to eat 500 to 1000 calories less than my TDEE to lose 1 to 2 pounds per week respectively?

Thank you both! I'm 35 by the way so good guess :) I'm still confused by why I would eat more on the days I DONT workout. This is going to be so hard for me as I'm never really hungry unless I've had a super charged workout day. I eat often just healthy low calorie items. I'm super conscious of what I eat. When I see these…
